Road Work on Rochelle Avenue

Dear School Community,

The Rochelle Park Township Administrator has made the school district aware that the County will be conducting road work on Rochelle Avenue, between Crescent Street and Theim Avenue, for a couple of days during the week of April 7th from 9am to approximately 7pm.  The work may take a couple of days and may require some detours.

When traveling to or from Midland School please consider allowing additional time as this may cause some delay in travel.  Police Officers will be present to address traffic control and detours. The Township will send out Rave alert updates.

This work, consisting of installing new storm drainage pipes and curbing and sidewalk repairs, will prepare Rochelle Avenue for milling and paving from Lotz Lane to Passaic Street during the week of spring break school closure.

Please exercise caution and safety when planning your travel and consider allowing additional time to access Midland School for a couple of days during the week of April 7th.

We appreciate the Township’s  work toward these improvements, and are thankful for your patience during this time.

Sincerely,

Dr. Sue DeNobile, Superintendent

Rochelle Park School District
